Build Your Financial Foundation Step by Step
Most people avoid money conversations until something goes wrong. We think that's backwards. Starting in August 2025, learn how to make decisions that actually match your life—not someone else's formula.

Money Feels Complicated Because Nobody Explains It
You've probably noticed that financial advice sounds like it's written for someone else. Either too simple to be useful, or so packed with jargon you give up halfway through.
Our courses strip away the nonsense. We focus on the decisions you'll actually face—buying a home, changing careers, planning for parents who need help, figuring out if you can afford that business idea.
Real situations. Not textbook examples from 1997.
Learn What You Need When You Need It
Financial planning isn't a one-time event. It shifts as your life shifts. That's why our programmes run throughout the year, starting September 2025.
You can join when budgeting becomes urgent. Or when investing finally makes sense to explore. Or when you're staring at a redundancy package wondering what's next.
We teach things in context, not in theory.
How We Actually Teach This Stuff
Financial education doesn't have to feel like eating cardboard. Here's what you can expect when you work with us.
Work With Real Numbers
Forget hypothetical scenarios. Bring your own spreadsheet, your own confusion, your own mortgage offer. We work through actual decisions using tools you can keep using after the course ends.
Small Groups That Talk
Classes cap at 14 people. You're not watching a webinar where nobody turns their camera on. You're asking questions, comparing notes, sometimes disagreeing with each other—that's when learning sticks.
Skip What You Know
Already comfortable with budgeting? Don't sit through Budget 101. Jump straight into the investment module or tax strategy sessions. We don't force you through content you've already figured out.
Templates You'll Use
Every session includes downloadable tools. Cash flow calculators that aren't overwhelming. Comparison spreadsheets for insurance quotes. Checklists for reviewing super funds. Practical stuff, not PDFs you'll never open.
Follow-Up Reviews
Two months after your course ends, we run optional check-in sessions. See how your new budget's holding up, or get a second look at that investment you're still debating. No extra charge.
Australian Context Only
Everything we teach accounts for Australian tax rules, super regulations, and Centrelink quirks. No generic American advice that doesn't apply here. No converting foreign examples into something relevant.
What Different Programmes Cover
We run three core pathways depending on where you're starting. Here's a quick breakdown of what fits where.
What Happens During a Programme
Each track runs for eight weeks. Here's the typical flow, though we adjust based on group needs.
Assessment and Goal Setting
We start by mapping where you are now. You'll complete a financial snapshot—not to judge you, but to identify what needs attention first. Then we set realistic targets for the next two months.
Core Skill Building
This is where we dig into the main content. Building a budget that doesn't fall apart after three weeks. Understanding how compound interest works in both directions. Setting up tracking systems that take five minutes a week, not an hour.
Application and Problem-Solving
You bring your real situations to the table. Should I refinance? Is this insurance policy worth it? How do I negotiate salary when I'm already underpaid? We work through these together, using the frameworks you've learned.
Review and Next Steps
We review what's changed over the eight weeks, adjust your plans if needed, and map out what to tackle next. Some people continue into another track. Others just need occasional check-ins. Both are fine.
Who This Works For
Our students range from 24 to 63. Some are starting from scratch. Others have decent savings but no idea what to do with them.
You'll fit in if you're willing to look honestly at your numbers, ask questions when something doesn't make sense, and put in a bit of work between sessions.
You won't fit in if you're looking for get-rich-quick schemes, hot stock tips, or someone to manage your money for you. We teach skills, not shortcuts.
Our next intake opens in mid-August 2025. Classes fill up by late July, so if you're interested, it's worth getting in touch sooner rather than later.
See Course ScheduleI'd been avoiding my super for years because it seemed too complicated to bother with. After the Builder Track, I switched funds, adjusted my contributions, and probably saved myself about forty grand over the next decade. Wish I'd done this five years ago.
Start With a Conversation
Not sure which programme fits? Want to know if your situation is too messy for a group course? Just curious how this whole thing works?
Book a 20-minute call with one of our educators. We'll ask a few questions, explain your options, and tell you honestly if we think this is a good fit.
No pressure, no sales pitch. Just a straightforward conversation about whether we can help.
Get in Touch
The best part was that nobody made me feel stupid for not knowing basic stuff. I'd been winging it with money my whole adult life. Eight weeks in the Foundation Track gave me more confidence than I've had in years. I actually understand my payslip now.
